Cooper Crouse-Hinds (UK) Ltd, is a company that has been established to become a leading supplier of fabricated enclosures into the oil and gas market, and other explosive atmospheres. Our product range includes versions of these products manufactured in Steel, S / Steel, GRP and Polycarbonate materials.

Many of these products are approved for use in Hazardous Areas / Intrinsically Safe applications and the company is focused on becoming a major influence in this increasingly important market by supplying products and services tailored to meet the existing and future requirements in this area.

Our dedicated production facilities of approximately 8,000 m² are of the highest standard and our ethos of continued quality improvement, value engineering, investment and development ensures that we are, and will continue to be, well placed to cope with the ever changing needs of these markets.

At this time customers are becoming more insistent on purchasing goods from companies that operate a recognised Quality Management System (QMS). To meet these needs Cooper Crouse-Hinds have implemented a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and strive to continually develop the QMS to meet the stringent needs of our customers.

Implementation of this policy involves everybody employed by the company. The Quality Manual, the associated Procedures and Work Instructions describe how our policy is implemented within the company. The company is committed to the ideals of the ‘Investors in People’ standard, which ensures that the training given to employees is focused on the development of the person within the strategic needs of the company.

This Quality Policy is prominently displayed on all notice boards around the site and its implications are communicated to all employees during the induction process. Ongoing training and regular Quality Updates reinforce the policy, as does the commitment of management in every aspect of our operations.
